When you visit in person:
One from among Alien Registration Card(ARC), Overseas Korean Resident Card, Permanent Resident Card, or Resident Registration Card for Overseas Korean Nationals.
If you’re a U.S. Army soldier, in addition to the above ID cards, a passport, driver's license, change of station order, and a copy of bankbook are acceptable as proof of your identity.
If you’re a diplomat, in addition to the above ID cards, a passport and diplomatic ID card are acceptable as proof of your identity.
When you’re a person who is underage or legal guardian:
Bring the owner ID card, the legal guardian ID card, and documents proving the family relations.
When you're an authorized representative:
Bring the representative ID card, the power of attorney for certificate of personal seal, and the certificate of the representative's seal impression
If you’re a U.S. Army soldier, bring the representative ID card and the owner ID card (Family only)
If you’re a diplomat, bring the representative ID card and the owner ID card
* Documents proving the family relations
Certificate of alien registration or any other documents proving the family relations
An original copy of documents proving the family relations issued by the country of nationality or embassy and notarized in Korean translation (Documents with the seals of the issuing authority and the notary public are acceptable only.)
In case of Hogubu(China), it is available without a notarized translation.
